Poor and *****ulant service

I would not recommend this Furniture store in Edenvale if it was the last furniture store in the world, I purchased a U shaped lounge suite end or August. Paid cash they did not have my color in store so it was sent to factory to cover in the color I requested, You do not get feedback there is no company telephone number the sales person Ernest does not give you update. Excuses after excuses why delivery has not taken place. First they had load shedding problems then 2 weeks later their truck broke down, Eventually my son in law phoned Ernest on his cell and said if the suite is not delivered that day that they need to get my money ready he will collect it the next day. Within 50 min a bakkie pulled up with my lounge suite bundled up on the bakkie, The one guy who helped offloading my lounge suite reeked off alcohol and then they wanted 500rd cash for delivery charges from Edenvale to Lakefield Benoni!!!!!!! which was not on my original invoice and I was informed that the price includes delivery when I bought the set!! Ernest phoned and said that Double Click outsourced their delivery, I said to him yesterday you said on of your trucks broke down and this was never said to me, He had the audacity to request that I E wallet the 500.00 rand. Which I promptly refused as I think he uses his friends to do the deliveries and they pocket the money and because I am a woman they thought I was an easy target.
