Never Deliver and Horrible Attitute

I have been waiting for a headboard for so long, first i was promised two weeks delivery, then i was asked for an extra week as they had apparently changed their manufacturer then i was told its in a truck on the way to the Edenvale store from Centurion and only after waiting for two more days for the truck to get to Edenvale i am told that my headboard isn't even done yet... i didn't even mind waiting for it, its the disrespectful lies that the stuff tell me... i decided i wasn't taken seriously and requested a refund, i was told the shop uses FNB so i sent my FNB account which in my opinion payment should reflect immediately. 3 days later and i am still waiting, when i call i am told i cant call at 8:00 in the morning... i have never in my whole life been exposed to such an ordeal
