False Promises

I order a couch from the Clubview store on the 29th November 2019 i was told it will take 7-14 working days..... It is now the 27th of December 2019 and i still have yet to recieve my Couch, i spoke to the staff twice within the last 2 weeks, after being promised it would arrive a week late after the 14 working days and it is STILL not here, if i had known this was the case i would have arranged to fetch it myself as i had to go and spend another R1000 in chairs for Christmas because my couch i ordered over a month ago did not arrive when promised, today on the 29th December 2019 i cannot contact the store, their working hours on Google says that they are open today and yet after 2 calls spaced 2 hours apart there has been no answer, i am no at my ends wit. #NOTIMPRESSED
