Double Click Furniture its a Trap

Their Edenvale store. Firstly the Tay-tay is not R4800 as so proudly advertised on their FB pages, they charge R5500. Then I get told, which I understand completely, that the orders are flowing in and I will get my couch in the new year. No problem at all. For the last 2 weeks they have confirmed the couch is in the store with my name on it, but they "forgot" to deliver. Today I phone to remind them and they suddenly are demanding a delivery fee. They deny any knowledge of "not" telling me (because I could conveniently have paid it when I paid for the couch, quite obviously) and after 2 weeks of phoning every day to see if they will deliver, as agreed, today suddenly they want a R150 delivery fee. My house is 5km from their shop!!! Firstly how much longer should I wait for this couch after owning for more than a month and still not having it in my house, secondly why has it taken so long to deliver and to even let me know they had some fee suddenly attached after 2 weeks of confirming it was on its way or they forgot. Pathetic!!! Overcharged and **** to constantly. Taking advantage of my lack of being able to take the thing home myself and my patience.
