BAD SERVICE

Ordered 3 items from Double Click Furniture Silverton, they said it will take at the most three weeks. After follow-ups with the branch we were informed that the stock arrived and they will arrange delivery. Followed up again, and suddenly they deny that the stock arrived. Followed up again after week 4, still no stock. Eventually they delivered the stock today, but it is the wrong couch. They then treated us as if we do not know what we are talking about. So this is week 6 now, and I'm sitting with the wrong order. The amount of stress I have gone through to get some furniture is disgusting!
