Bad service

So we went to Double click furniture in Edenvale firstly the sales person was constantly on his cellphone. The manager Lee had to eventually assist. We paid over 16k for merchandise that was promised to be delivered today. Firstly at they came to deliver an hour later than discussed and with someone else's order. It's now 7.30 pm and we have not recieved anything even though we paid for delivery. We are constantly calling them and they do not even have the decency to call us to Apologies. They reject calls. Pathetic service. I would like the owner of the company to contact me.
