Worst Service from Double Click Furniture Pretoria North

I visited Double Click Furniture in Pretoria North in March of 22 to purchase a bed frame and couch. I arranged for delivery as soon as I had finished paying for the bed frame. According to what I was told, delivery occurs two weeks after the nearest Sunday, making the Fourth of July the day of delivery. I was surprised to find out that I had to struggle for the delivery of my bed frame and that I didn't get it until August 3rd. The salesperson and I then came to an agreement that they would order my couches far in advance of when it was time for delivery. They were informed that I needed the units by the first of October. The couches were supposed to be delivered on September 30th, but again I got a phone saying we're sorry, but we won't be delivering until October 3rd. I have been so kind as to refer future customers to them, but this is the worst service a business can provide.
