Very bad experience stay away

Firstly I would like to say that the floor staff are really helpful and friendly which is the only reason they get a star in the first place. Do not be decieved by the quality of the items on the floor. What you receive does not look like that at all. Best I can describe it is when you compare a burger you see in any drive through menu to what you get. We ordered a dining room set, tv stand, coffee table and bed. The only item that we received in good Condition was the bed. All the other items came either with sloppy finishes or completely broken. Our dining table looked like it was varnished by a two year old. Scratches all over and bubbles everywhere from the varnish. Most of the chairs had a defect. And when I say most I mean 5 out of 6. Only one chair was in good condition. Secondly our tv stand had staples coming out of the inside of the drawers. Drawers did not close properly and also sloppy finishes and scratches all over. Coffee table looked like they used rotten wood and just painted over it. What makes it worse is that you have to wait much longer than the two weeks you are promised. I waited for 4 weeks. I was not happy and asked the items to be returned in better condition. Same story. The ones we received in return almost looked worse. The GM is also a rude guy from what I see. They would rather refund than take pride in their work. So disappointed.
