Terrible quality and shocking service from Horizon branch.

I bought the Spartan single bed for my son on the 20th of July 2020. Since then the base has been replaced 4 times due to the bad quality even though the advert says it can support up to 100kg's. The last time when it was exchanged was in January when Anton said they had "made" a base for me. Immediately after opening the base I contacted Anton to inform him that the base was so badly but together that the one leg barely makes contact with the base. He was going to contact the area manager and get back to me. It is now 3 months later and I'm still waiting for him. And now the matress has also started sagging. I do not want to engage with Anton AT ALL as he is the rudest manager I have ever had to deal with and he also told the delivery people that the base is being damaged by my son because he is jumping on the bed. My son is 12 if he had to jump on the bed he would have jumped right through this piece of ****. I would like the area manager to come to my house so I can show him exactly what it looks like and I want my money back as clearly there is an issue with the quality on these beds.
