Substandard and poor service

Bought 3 items and was promised quality furniture. Poor communication and multiple delays for delivery as they awaiting factory to compete manufacturing. Sent plazma stand back multiple times due to poor workmanship After 2 months couch cushions sagging and back rest cushions falling flat and padding for arm rest feels non existent. After complaining was advised I had 7 days to return as per company policy. Showed the consumer protection act them was advised the referred to their legal team to address. I just don't want to deal with these unprofessional and ripoff guys. Just want my money back
