PATHETIC SERVICE IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This shop is a perfect example of why affordable goods are not the best option to go for!

Paid for a custom made L shape couch.. I was told that iam able to choose my own fabric color and stitch according to my liking then after the order gets placed directly to the warehouse for manufacturing with the given SLA of 2 weeks....

After the second week i came across a Facebook post about them where the customer was very unhappy so i became skeptical but left it as is.... 2 weeks went by no communication regarding expectant delivery and I decided to call. Called the branch with my own time,money and effort to date over 30 times in explanation as to why is it going for the 4th week.

The most frustrating part is that you call and being told different lies such as : The warehouse is not answering, Unable to get hold of the manager, Warehouse moved to Secunda, Truck was ****** , load-shedding etc.... Unsure of delivery dates, unsure of what is being delivered, unsure of why its taking as long, unsure of when the ordered was place to the warehouse, unsure of everything that seeks answers!!!!!!!!!!!!!

To date I never received 1 call back in explaining the delay after calling 4 times per day seeking for updates and feedback's I went to the extend of seeking a refund as this is just ridiculous. To my surprise they where welcome to refund me of which i still didnt receive with no update and with no explanation of the actual reason why the service was not rendered. No customer retention effort displayed.

No client service is being rendered, poor customer retention, pathetic business, full of lies i would just not recommend anyone to this store affordability comes with a higher prize in the end!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
