No furniture delivery and no refund

I purchased a chest of drawers at the Horizen shop last week Friday and it hasn’t been delivered . I have been to the shop several times after not being able to contact Bongani Zondi who kept lying that the factory will deliver. I requested a refund and was told only the boss could process it . His name is Dale and the contacts they gave me for him take me straight to voicemail . I have started the legal process to claim my money back but wish to warn others not to purchase from this shop.
