Horrible customer service and quality

Horrible customer service and WARRANTY IS A LIE!

Bought couches from Double Click Edenvale 9 months ago (around Jan 2023) and they are tearing at each seam, corners are tearing, sagging in the middle, sitting on rock hard wood!

Tried claiming warranty with no success whatsoever, phoned many branches and the sales agent Michael just ignores me after confirming pick up the items and replace them in June!!!

Huge huge huge **** and their customers don’t mean anything to them. Have tried resolving the matter for 4 months already via phone, Whatsapp, Facebook and still no success!

Stay away from this shop as it is cheap low quality and very ********* practices as they don’t stick to their warranties!

Worst experience ever!
