Doubleclick furniture

I paid for a couch that I was told it will be ready in 2 weeks i waited and it never came. Everytime i went to check i was told factory people are in a meeting we will give you a call which they never did everyday i was told the same story until i got tired of being played i asked for a refund and i was told they will charge me 10% of my money i paid. I don't know why they are charging me yet they're the one who failed to deliver its so heartbreaking for me knowing how hardvi worked for that money
