First I experienced a but service a lady help us first at the kempton park branch through facebook messenger. She took her time to come back to us and she contact us later the afternoon and said she will find out if the factory got stock and will contact us back. the same day I contacted the store back and a another guy pick up the phone and said she is busy and will asked to call us back and she never call us back until today. The next day I tried to call on the number they phone us and the number was just ringing. I found another number online and Jacob answer the phone and asked where is the lady that is working there. And he said she is not there. But he will assist me and we worked through whatsapp and he managed to get all our furniture what we want and go extra mille to help us. Jacob provided a good service. And even manage to deliver our furniture the next day ass well. Well done Jacob
