Double click furniture is useless

After owning a couch bought from double click furniture for 6 months, I notices the couch cushion starting to sag and become uncomfortable, I visited the store in edenvale and was asked for the proof of purchase slip that had the warranty, they then confirmed that the couch is still under warranty and arranged a pick up of the couch.

It's been over a month now with no word back, useless manager at the store. My couch continues to sag soon I will be sitting on the floor!
