Double click Furniture Direct

I made a lay-bye at a Double Click Furniture store in Clubview, Centurion and I later decided to cancel my lay-bye mid December 2018. The Manger of the store told me to come back on the 28 December 2018 and when I returned he told me there is no money I should wait for him he will call me when there is money to refund me.

I have been calling the shop but no positive response at all. The attitude I received from the store manager is unacceptable. I could see the bitterness on his face and to me if felt as if he is punishing me for canceling the lay-bye. I call the shop every now and then but I don't get a clear answer at all.
