I am a very satisfied customer. I was very apprehensive at first having read the reviews especially with regards to the Horizon branch which is closest to me but upon further reading, I saw good reviews out of Bonaero Park and the sales guy mentioned was Jacob. I gave him a ring, told him that I am apprehensive but that I'm willing to place some faith in him given what I've read online and was willing to pay a bigger delivery fee as long as I could be his client. He assured me and within minutes, I placed my order, made my deposit and in less than a week I got a call that my couch was outside my unit ready for collection. I was glad that it happened so swiftly but worried that the quality may have been compromised because of how quickly it came but to my surprise, the quality was on point. A big shout out to Jacob who now manages the Kempton Park branch, it was an absolute pleasure doing business with you - give that man a raise! I'll definitely be recommending Double Click Furniture to family, friends and colleagues.
