I Dealt with Jay (Jason) from Kemptonpark Branch after I could not get hold of Horizon Branch on Tuesday the 25th of May. I send a general e-mail for assistance and he called me within 30 minutes of sending the e-mail. From there he assisted me with everything I wanted to know. Even after hours when I bothered him he assisted me. I told him that my order is URGENT as my kids had no Lounge suite and is having their sons birthday on the 4th of June. So I needed it latest by the 4th. He went above what my expectations was when the lounge suite was delivered on Friday the 28th. 3 Days after my order was paid and placed.
