CHEAP PRICE = CHEAP QUALITY!!!!!!

Quality and Service not to standard. I will start with the sales experience that I was highly disappointed with in December 2018. I bought 2 L shaped lounge sets and 2 beds. There were numerous problems with deliveries and incorrect products. The lounge set had a back cushion missing as well as the hooks to keep couches together. We eventually gave up with the lack of service to complete our set. I went into the store and took one of the cushions from a set on display and said to the manager that he didn't have to bother any further as this was a day or 2 before Christmas. Now December 2019 I will have to replace the entire set. I am so shocked and disappointed with the QUALITY!!!!!!! The material covers are worn. The zips are not great. The structure is not holding up. But the worst of all is the cushion sponge which has totally flattened or reshaped. One or 2 of the cushions have held their firmness. Watching TV with the family has become a problem as not everyone can sit comfortably as the structure will come through the flattened sponge. I did an entire makeover in our TV room last December and received so many compliments about the lounge set which now has become an embarrassment. My children don't want to have friends over because of this. I can however say that the quality of the beds once the order was delivered correctly has been a great experience in terms of quality. In my opinion it is not worth the cheaper price and not even lasting a year. Save up and rather buy quality that lasts.
