Been waiting for more than a month for an order....

Been waiting 21 working days for my couch to arrive. When I ordered the couch in store I was told to wait 14 working days for my order. The store manager NEVER calls me I always have to call him to find out what is going on and even when I do I am told that he is still waiting for the delivery from the factory. He doesn’t call the factory to track the order - he just tells me to wait. I would rather pay extra elsewhere and not wait for a month, not to mention the fact that you never get feedback. I did ask Elvis for the details of his supervisor in order to avoid complaining on Hello Peter but he never sent the details to me as I requested
