USELESS SERVICE

I got an SMS saying welcome to Double Black, I called them and nobody knows how and when I joined, when I called the call center no one knows who I am or how I joined, I asked for call recordings. Called an ********** 495 number and Ntokozo the Team leader told me to go **** myself.
