Zoey Tiberio is such an asset to pet owners and the dotsure team!

Zoey Tiberio contacted me with a procedural query, regarding my policy. When I called to follow up she handled the query effectively but also noticed the tone of distress in my voice and offered support. My beautiful dog has recently attained a traumatic injury. In my first contact with client care, a different consultant responded to my case in a very scripted and unempathetic manner. Zoey's emotional attunement and professional support truly stood out to me. Her client care approach allowed me to feel comfortable in sharing the factors which were creating difficulties for me, with regards to treating my pet's injury and managing policy procedures, for the 5 days prior to our first engagement. For the last 4 consecutive days: Zoey has advised, assisted and supported me as a client, in both an effective and efficient manner. My dogs are truly are loved and treated as my children. I would imagine that sometimes people forget the emotional components associated with observing and tending to their animal's pain 24/7, as well as the need to rearrange one's daily life, to manage our dog's treatment and recovery effectively - among handling insurance procedures. This process would have been incredibly challenging and overwhelming without her continued assistance. I hope that the dotsure team acknowledges the immense value of Zoey as a person and staff member.
