Zinzi Dambuza has been able to assist me with all queries I have had in 2022 with dotsure
Zinzi Dambuza has been able to assist me with all queries I have had in 2022 with dotsure. These rage from Debit order not rerunnning as usual to debit order dates. These caused much tension as I was not getting help and was ready to cancel my insurance and try another service provider. She was able to orchestrate to resolution as this was not a function performed in her team. Now, because of her customer service... I remain insured by dotsure
