You will not find a better Pet Medical Aid / Insurance company
Never had a bad experience with them. They treat my pet's medical far, far better than my own medical aid treats me. Claims are processed quickly and efficiently and their agents are SUPER responsive and helpful every time I've dealt with any of them. Micheala Cronje and Rebecca van der Breggen both helped with a large claim I had to make for a surgery and they made sure I didn't have to worry about anything except my pet.
Honestly, if they started medical aid for people I would cancel my own medical aid and sign up with them instantly.
