You claim they will not pay

If you want insurance that will not pay when you need them go to dotsure, i have been a dotsure client for almost 5 years on an AA policy with 2 vehicles and 2 household contants. I recently purchased a 3rd vehicle,added it to the insurance and unfortunately 3 days after adding it my wife had an accident,it has been a week and don't is giving me the run around to authorise the claim while the vehicle sits at their approved panelbeater and my wife has no vehicle.

The issue being raised is that the additional amount debit order has nit gone through and i must prove this,if the debit order does not reflect on my bank statement how will i prove this and why is the onus on me to provide this proof?

Thr notmal debit order went through and i have funds in my account.

This is pathetic and insulting to a loyal customer who has brought his entire portfolio and stayed claim free for the last 4+ years.
