She explained everything clearly, was friendly and knowledgeable. I felt like I was in good hands whilst insuring my lovely Standard Poodle. She was clear about what was and what wasn’t covered including giving clear examples of what’s covered under each insured section. I felt like the policy was fully explained in layman’s terms which I appreciated. Great start and 5 stars to a friendly consultant. Highly recommend!
