Dotsure is an amazing company. Like any insurance or medical scheme, some things will just not be covered all the time, but their customer service is exceptional, their claims process is exceptional, their communication is exceptional. When people do reviews, they need to remove emotion from it (personal opinion) - I am personally grateful for having the option to insure my pets for medical emergencies, and partnering with a company like Dotsure has made it blissful.
