I insured my car registered as HB 74 PZ GP make Chevrolet with dotsure insurance in 2017. It got involved in an accident on the 31 July 2023 damaging its radiator,bumper,radio,front lights,cv joints,wheel tyre,bonnet,steering wheel ,cv joints and airbags. The incident was reported and case number ob 2130/07/2023 at Crystal park police station .Subsequently I reported same to the dotsure insurance who later declined my claim. Meanwhile they undertook to refund me all my premiums from the date of inception to the date of decline/termination.Suprisingly todate no refunds have been made so far.
