Years of good service- so refreshing!

Just want to say how impressed I am with the Dotsure team and processes. I have been a client for a year or two now, but my 10 month old pup is a real terror and literally visits the vet once or twice a month. Just when I think Dotsure might be calling me to cancel my contract due to abuse lol- they are calling to ask me how my pup is and that the claim has been processed. Never waited longer than 3 days for payment. Love the little touches like the get well cards addressed to my pets. I can’t believe they have been able to keep up the same awesome level of service over the years. Doesn’t happen often. Would recommend them to all pet owners!
