Wrongful debit order date going off

Who on earth authorised a debit order to go off earlier than the normal contract date that I have. You all panick about not getting money but do not think of the people who's salaries is being paid on the date that is stipulated. Now I have to pay bank fees for debit orders being bounced by you. You do not think of us that lives on budgets and cannot afford a debit order going off earlier than what it should be. I am long enough with you guys to know that my dates does not change
