Wrong quote

I got an insurance quote for my car last week for 577 from Tracy. Shortly Monique Groenewald called as part of QA and turns out details were captured incorrectly and in return hiked up my premium to 615 and I told her its not acceptable, she promised to have a listen to the call I had with Tracy so that we account for how and who is responsible for the incorrect details. Premium has gone off 615 instead of 577, week later I am still waiting for Monique to get back to me to finalise this matter. Policy NYP***.
