Please don’t believe everything you read on the internet. I I was in a car accident on the 10th of December where a person almost lost a life. As devastated as I was, I was able to call dotsure and they assisted with the towing. The following Monday I lodged a claim, although it took a few days, the claim was approved. To be honest, after the accident I came here to read the reviews and I was sure dotsure won’t pay, nonetheless I did everything they requested and today they called to give me the settlement offer, the excesses are a lot, however I am grateful they are paying.
