Wow! The worst phone call in a long time!

The consultant started getting irritated with me, because of the questions I asked about the cover... and he treated like an idiot! I was just about to finalize the cover when this happened, surely when I want to take cover over the phone, I may ask questions?

So I will not be treated in such a way, so I put down the phone. He was on speaker in the car an my wife could not believe the way he treated me. I will get cover from another company that will appreciate my business, and will listen to my questions...
