Worst service - refusal to pay claims
Been with dotsure for over 5years for my dogs. My dogs never got sick, i would only claim once a year etc, and they were happy to process the claims fast. Now that i have a sick dog, and have been claiming regularly, now they do not want to process my claims. They literary told me my dog is supposed to only get sick once, else they wont pay for the claims. WHAT ******* IS THIS?! i am paying premiums monthly!!!
