Worst service ever.
Had a motor vehicle accident which was not my fault at all. My dotsure policy says comprehensive insurance but I was not paid out and yet my car was still taken away and I don't know where it is now. If the claim is not paid out, it is my property, and I am entitled to at least the s**** value.
