Worst Service Ever

They may have done well to their other clients, unfortunately it's not the same for me. The worst service I ever received from a Insurance company when I claimed for my car, that they wrote off. They never get back to you, I had to phone them for updates and every time you call to speak to your claim handler, they are busy on the other line they take message and never call back, if you complain they give you attitude...I do not regret cancelling my Policy.
