Worst service ever

I log claim with dotsure car warranty last week Monday. They ask for Quotation and services history which I did send after two days they ask for pictures of of the parts. Then I go after machanic to strip the engine and send the pictures 3days after they ask for my last year Quotation which I send after they ask for slip for the parts I brought last lakily I still have slips then I send them 10 days after boom you clim have been canceled will I called 100 timings trying to find out whether they did receive everything
