WORST SERVICE EVER!!!
Convenient for Dotsure to take our money every month, yet deliver such a **** service! For over a month I have been driving without a tracking device. Dotsure is sending me from pillar to post. Logging incorrect fault checking calls with Netstar. They keep sending a tech out for "repairs" but its for AN INSTALLATION!! WHY MUST WE KEEP CALLING DOTSURE FOR AN UPDATE ONLY TO BE TOLD TO LOG IT WITH NETSTAR OURSELVES!! WE ARE PAYING YOU "DOTSURE" FOR A SERVICE. YOU ALREADY DEDUCTED EXTRA MONEY FOR THE INSTALL ITS MORE THAN A MONTH NOW YET NOTHING!! CONVENIENT FOR YOU TO TAKE OUR MONEY!! IN MY ENTIRE LIFE I HAVE NEVER HAD SUCH BAD SERVICE FROM AN INSURANCE COMPANY!!!
