Worst Medical aid for your puppy ever!!!

On the 16th of November 2022 I registered my puppy with Dotsure to make sure she will be fully covered by the time we get her, she was under 8 weeks so could not make payment yet as you can only make payment when puppy is 8 weeks, unfortunately 2 days after we got her, she was rushed to hospital, 4 days later in hospital and with a R12000 claim, Dotsure has excuses why they are not refunding us, the vet send them a letter stating that they also do not know what caused it, so Dotsure made their own assumptions that it must be an illness because they only cover a illness after 30 days even though I registered on the 16th of November I will never use them and no one else should
