WORST INSURANCE SERVICE

Dotsure client drove into my car on 31 October 2023. A lady called Lydia promised to escalate the claim but to date have not been paid out for damages. Received an email stating I should follow up today. Phoned them just to be told that the accessor required the clerk to ask the client a question. This is by far the WORST insurance company I have had to work with and I have had to sort out quite a lot of insurance claims. So good luck to anyone insuring with dotsure. Best insurance company is Outsurance settles claims without any hassles.
