Worst insurance experience

Dotsure is a **** of an insurance, I am insured with them for almost 2yrs and after my fridge got broken they told the don’t pay for call out fees or the amount the repairer charges for a damage report, none of this is stipulated in the benefit schedule. Claim rejected for the repairs after waiting for 2weeks. Their customer service is absolute garbage, they’re nonchalant and unprofessional. Even when I requested to the “manager” she sounded the same. Worst experience and I regret ever signing with them.
