Worst insurance ever

The Worst Car Insurance Ever. On the 26th of October (Wednesday) I was involved in a car accident at about 23:00 and I had to be rushed to the hospital immediately. So a nearby towing company towed my car since I was unconscious and had to be rushed to the hospital. On Thursday I go for operation and recovery and on Friday (28th) I called the insurance and informed them about my car accident and the company that towed my car. They don’t fetch my car on that Friday when I had called to inform them but only chose to fetch the car on Monday or Tuesday from them. Now I’m encountering a towing and storage Fee of above R7000 and the insurance is telling me that I’m going to pay for it. I tell Sonja (Lady from the insurance) that it isn’t my fault that the car wasn’t fetched on Friday but she said it the policy, she can’t do anything about it. My car was supposed to be kept on storage for only Thursday since I called them on Friday to collect it but was never done, worse the policy came with shortfall cover but they are refusing to pay it right now, that Sonja lady is trying to explain but she’s failing to do so. This insurance is so ********* and PLEASE STAY AWAY. Don’t use Dotsure insurance, I’m in so much pain and I’m also frustrated by this insurance 😭😭😭
