Worst Insurance Company for AfterSale Service
Don't be fooled. Easily the worst Insurance Company to deal with. Cheap and Willing when you sign on. However, I have been battling for three months now to cancel my insurance for cars sold a long time ago. We are being sent from pillar to post; the supervisor is always in a meeting. Worse, they never return any of the calls. I have to follow up every day, and the same excuses are given. Stay far away from them.

11 Nov 2021, 16:09Sadly another empty promise. The supervisor promised to call us back and fool as I am I believe you. His excuse - he was on leave and nothing could be processed. He was going to mail us last night. I guess he is back on leave after just one day at work
