Worst experience yet painful

I'm Soo heartbroken, I have been insuring my car since last year around August or September, so this year on the 14th I was involved in an accident the car is a write off, the insurance told me I exceeded 1000 km per month , they said when my car got an accident it was on 1200 km already and they can cover me, I'm now frustrated with a car that is a write off and still under finance which means I'm going to pay a car that is nolonger functioning and yet I was paying every single month, it is just so painful, I have requested all the recording with no luck, can't I get any kind of assistance because I'm frustrated.
