Worst experience ever!!!!
I hit a pothole and my car got damaged. I called these people immediately after and put in the claim. After submitting documents and my car needs to get fixed, this insurance tells me they won't assist me because I didn't do a police report. A POLICE REPORT FOR HITTING A POTHOLE!! None of this was mentioned to me when I spoke to them on the phone. This is the worst treatment I have ever experienced! DO NOT TAKE THIS INSURANCE!!!!
