Worst experience

I’ve been with the Dotsure since 2022 and my First claim was declined in 2025. I won’t recommend anyone to ensure their assets with this company. You pay all sorts of access busters and they never work for you. I guess this is exactly how they conduct their business. And also their Smartbox Telematics is worse and very inaccurate. Wrong location system takes forever to locate the vehicle. I received an alert saying I was traveling 234km/h only to find that I was in possession of the vehicle in question driving 80km/h. I am definitely looking forward to leaving this company
