Worst ever, looks like court case coming up

I made a appoimtment with my lawyer today because of this company. I jad enough now. This is regarding an ****** RECOVERY car. Going for 5 weeks now

Impound: 1) Was told i dont need to be at impound, they have release letter, AA informed me i do need to be there, still insurance said no for almost a week then suddenly got a call saying i do in fact need to be there. 2) Got a call to say car was collected from impound- but Ibwas standing next to car inside impound.

Panelbeaters: Got a call from Elmar (assesor) saying not much wrong with car (good thing). However panelbeaters said car cant even start or drive. They are waiting for insurance to take car to BMW. I got in touch with Elmar and he said he wasnt aware of this will call panelbeater. Over a week after that car was still not fetched from panelbeaters to go to BMW.

Written off: Got a call from Elmar saying he is sorry to inform me but has been written off as to much faults with gearbox and engine.

Next day: Got a call saying no they are now fetching car to BMW to do diagnostics (day before tild me its written off)

Another week passed then car was collected from panelbeaters.

Now we have big issues when coming to rest of cliam. They knew car was not on my name yet when i took out the insurance. We bought it from a guy that bought the car from the previous owner, he fixed the car and we bought it. Now they i have issues that he sold the car for much more than he bought car for (what does that matter, he bought, fixed and sold) He has every right to do that. Now they want the previous owners and i got a whatsapp from a lady Aloma thinking i was the previous owner, saying they want proof sold the car and that Brad sold her car for R70 000. What does it have to so with the previus owner what he sold the car for. He bought the car legally from her. And he didnt sell HER car he sold HIS car as he bought the car. When i told her it was wrong person she deleted the messages. I just feel she cant tell that lady her car was sold for that price, as its not het car anymore. Police even excepted everything that we are the owners to release car from impound. But this lady tells me its a ***** investigation. (Well she told the previous owner as she thought I was her. Saying to her that apperently car was ******. Not car was ****** but APPERENTLY, like im lying.
