WORST EVER!

I've been with Dotsure for a month. they have asked me to send through my previous insurance letter, which i did but the time period was too short. A consultant phoned me and said they need the other letters form other insurance aswell so THEY WILL PHONE AND GET IT!! Now they pushed up my premium because i never sent it, after they told me they will do it. "APPARENTLY" the calls are recorded but now they cant find the recording, HOW CONVENIENT!!!!! BECAUSE YOU KNOW YOU ARE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR THIS!! THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED FROM ANY INSURANCE COMPANY!!!!!!

DO NOT INSURE ANYTHING WITH DOTSURE!!

Dear Nikita

Upon investigation of your claim, the following was established:

1. You are noted as a regular driver on your policy.
2. The insurer evaluates different risk factors such as, age, licence, risk address, insured details etc. to calculate your premium.
3. It appears that you were asked at the signup of the policy if you have ever had any claims or losses, whether insured or not in the last three years, and you confirmed not.
4. You were further asked if you were ever a regular driver on someone else’s comprehensive insurance, and asked if you had ever had a hi-jack, accident or ****** vehicle claim. You confirmed to have been a regular driver on someone else’s vehicle for the past three years without any losses for that three years uninterrupted.
5. It was then confirmed that according to your answers, you were given a three year NCB (No Claim Bonus).
6. You were asked to request the policy holder of the comprehensive cover policy that you were the regular driver on to request the NCB letter from their previous insurer, and forward the letter in thirty 30days from the inception of your policy, otherwise the premium discount will fall away and the premium will increase.
7. You received a call on the 20th June 2018 where you were welcomed into the company and for the consultant to make sure the details were captured correctly.
The NCB matter was again discussed and you were reminded of the letter from the previous insurer, and in assistance an email template was emailed to you to forward to the said insurer.
8. According to our records, you provided a two months NCB letter with Discovery, and as such the discount initially offered you was re-adjusted and the premium increased.

We regret to inform you that the insurer is in no position to trace insurance history of the policy holder you were noted as regular driver in their policy. The insurer can only rely on the information provided by yourself, as the discount was initially given in good faith.

Trust the above is in order.
