Worst company ever

I have a mechanical warranty policy with Dotsure, have had it for over 4 years or so now. I pay roughly R1576. I put a claim in on the 8th of August we are now heading to October nobody has helped me with the claim, instead everyday they keep asking for something different to dodge paying & the workshop is now even fed up with their cat & mouse and request they bring an accesor to come acces the car cause they’ve never seen a claim drag so long for something thats evidently broken and is covered for.
